When looking for a new
veterinary clinic, superior care and excellent service should be at the top of
your list. The veterinary team at Pine Tree Veterinary Hospital works hard to
ensure that we are able to provide the best possible healthcare for your pet.
Our facility is clean, comfortable and built for efficiency. To schedule an
appointment with us, please give us a call at 425-432-2222 and we will help get
an appointment that is convenient for you.
Much like their human
counterparts, your pet benefits from yearly physical exams and preventative care.
Our team of veterinarians will perform a complete physical exam which is
tailored to each species. For example, dental exams are an incredibly important
part of the physical exam as dental issues can cause a number of health issues.
For reptiles, we check to make sure that your reptilian friend doesn’t have any
retained shed around their tails and toes in addition to checking oral health. Annual
exams also address proper husbandry for each animal in addition to nutritional
requirements to ensure that your pet is getting the best care possible in
clinic and at home. Our team also makes sure that if there are any concerns
that we have time to address them.
If your pet has medical
history prior to establishing with us, please be sure to let our client service
representatives know when you are scheduling. This way, we can call and get
those records to make sure that our veterinarians are able to familiarize
themselves with any preexisting conditions your pet has and how they have been
treated previously. It also allows our team to view previous diagnostics and
testing that has been performed. If you have any additional information, no matter
how trivial it may seem, we encourage you to bring it so that we can have all
the information needed to take the best care of your pet.
After every exam is
performed, our veterinarians will discuss any and all findings with you so that
you are kept informed about your pet’s health. Depending on the findings or any
concerns about your pet, we may recommend further diagnostic testing such as
blood work and radiographs. Should your pet need more advanced diagnostics or
surgery, we will make sure to discuss this in depth so that you can make an
informed decision. Our staff will then go over any medications that your pet is
going home with including best ways to administer the medication and
demonstrating how to give the medication if needed. When the appointment is
over, you will leave with a typed of summary of the exam findings, recommendations,
and instructions on whether follow up care is needed.
